Reliable products, consistent service

I've ordered from Dermatouch a few times now, and this latest purchase of the Niacinamide Serum was just as smooth as the others. Shipping took about 4 days to get to me in Arizona, which is typical. The serum itself is still effective for my skin, and the packaging always arrives intact. It's why I keep coming back.

Good for my skin

Got the Vitamin C Face Serum last week. It arrived pretty fast, like 3 days. I've been using it every morning, and my skin does look a bit brighter. No weird reactions or anything. It felt good to use, not sticky. Pretty happy with it overall.

Ordered the Salicylic Acid Face Wash. Got it in 3 days. It works well for my acne-prone skin. No issues with the order or product.

Smooth order, good product

I recently bought the Anti Aging Kit from Dermatouch. The ordering process on their website was straightforward, I found what I needed quickly. Delivery took about 5 business days to reach my address in Dallas, which was within the estimated timeframe. Everything in the kit was well-packaged, no leaks or damage. I've been using the Retinol Face Serum and the Skin Radiance Cream for about two weeks now. The serum feels nice, not too heavy, and the cream absorbs well. I haven't needed customer support, so I can't speak to that, but the product quality seems good so far for the price. I appreciate that the ingredients are clearly listed.

Are the BOGO deals usually better than just using a 20% off code? Trying to figure out the best way to stock up.

R Rosa Okafor 2 months ago
Depends on what you're buying. If you use a lot of one thing, BOGO is probably better. But if you want a mix, the percentage off might work out more.

I usually go for BOGO if they have it on my regulars, those save way more than 20% if you're getting two of the same product. Just remember you can't combine them with other codes.

Does anyone know if their products are actually good for sensitive skin? I react to a lot of stuff.

N Nina Reyes 2 months ago
I have pretty sensitive skin and haven't had issues with their hyaluronic acid serum or the barrier repair cream. They seem pretty gentle.

They say their stuff is dermatologically tested, but always patch test first, especially with active ingredients. Some people are fine, others might not be.

Is Dermatouch considered a good alternative to The Derma Co? I'm looking for a new brand for my pigmentation issues.

S Sophie Patel 2 months ago
I switched from Derma Co for my dark spots and found Dermatouch's Kojic Acid serum and Bye Bye Pigmentation cream worked better for me personally. Results vary, but worth a try.

They're pretty comparable in terms of ingredients and focus. Dermatouch feels a bit more 'clinical' to me, if that makes sense. I'd check ingredient lists for what you need.

Can you use two different coupon codes on one order? Have a first-time buyer one and another from a newsletter.

C Chris Romero 1 month ago
Nah, pretty sure you can only use one code per order. Tried it before and it didn't work.

Most online stores, including this one afaik, only let you stack one promo code. You'll probably have to pick the better deal.

Thinking of buying the anti-aging kit. If it doesn't work out, is it easy to return stuff?

R Renee 2 months ago
Yeah, returns were easy. Did it last month for a serum that didn't agree with me. Just follow their instructions on the site.

As long as it's within their return window and not like, completely empty, you should be fine. I had no problems with a serum I tried once.
